RCSA Licence Plate

PLEASE NOTE: Licence plates can take up to 8-10 weeks to be produced. You will be contacted by the Department of Transport when your plates are ready for collection.

Along with the celebration of making it over to Rottnest, the RCS licence plates are one of the best parts of completing a solo Rottnest Channel crossing.

If you have completed a solo crossing, you will have a Rottnest Channel Swim Association Membership number (these are in order from the first person to make the swim!) and this will be the number that is proudly donned on your licence plates.

If you have recently completed a solo crossing, your member number will be sent to you via email with the link to the licence plate application.

If you have previously completed a solo crossing and already have a member number, you can apply for your plates by filling in the application form HERE and emailing it events@rottnestchannelswim.com.au. Once authorised by the RCSA, you will be sent a link to pay for the plates.

Please note: all licence plate applications must be submitted to the RCSA Office via email, as they need to be authorised before being lodged with the Licencing Centre. The current price of the plates is $425.00 and they can take up to 8-10 weeks to be made, once the applications have been sent ot the DoT.

Alternatively, licence plate applications can be submitted to the RCSA Office via post to PO Box 2004, North Claremont WA 6010.
