Where can I buy merchandise?
Via the registration system – Active.com
- Solos / Tandem Solos – from 8.30am Monday, 20 October 2025 until 10.00am Monday, 27 October 2025
- Lavan Charity Challenge Teams – from 8.30am Monday, 20 October 2025 until 12.00pm Monday 3 November 2025
- Duo Team – from 8.30am Tuesday, 28 October until 12.00pm Monday 3 November
- Team of 4 – from 8.30am Wednesday, 29 October until 12.00pm Monday 3 November
Online Store – You can purchase items from the online store right up until event day however, to guarantee it arrives in time to wear at the Event, you will need to have ordered by Thursday 15 January 2026. This will be shipped directly to you via the postage address you provide.
2026 Metro Safety Briefing – Merchandise will be available for sale at our Metro Safety Briefing in February 2026 (date TBC).
International, Interstate & Regional Briefing – Merchandise will be available at our International, Interstate & Regional Briefing on Friday, 20 February 2026 (venue TBC).
2026 South32 Rottnest Channel Swim – Merchandise will be available for sale on Rottnest Island at our merchandise tent on Saturday, 21 February 2026.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, SHOP and APPLE PAY.
Our in-person stores accept card and cash payments (Metro Safety Briefing/Rottnest Island).
Please note you will be charged in AUD Currency.
What shipping options do I have?
- Australian Domestic Shipping – $15 flat rate.
- International Shipping – we will contact you directly to arrange payment and delivery details.
Can I change my delivery/collection method?
To change your delivery method, please contact our merchandise team, KC Australia, on (08) 9244 1221 or email merchandise@rottnestchannelswim.com.au.
What address can I get my items posted to?
We can deliver to a fixed address (either residential or business) or a PO Box, just make sure you indicate your preferred one.
How do I know what size to order?
You can view the Sizing Guide for each item on the page under the description.
If you need further information, please contact us prior to ordering your item(s).
Can I exchange my items?
Please contact KC Australia, via the contact methods below, to request an exchange.
Please note, exchanges may only be granted for the same product (size swap) and in the same condition or packaging it was received in.
Items ordered via the registration system, Active.com, are unable to be exchanged before your Race Pack is collected at a Safety Briefing. You may exchange these sizes at the Merchandise stall at the Briefing, or at a later date by visiting the KC Australia Offices. Be aware that we cannot confirm the availability of sizes as we have limited stock.
Please note, complimentary SOLO product exchanges will NOT be facilitated at any of the briefings or on event day. Please contact KC direct to arrange a suitable time to visit their Osborne Park office to exchange.
The KC team will assist where possible, size / product exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
