What payment methods are accepted?
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and AfterPay.
Our in-person stores accept card and cash payments (Metro Safety Briefing/Rottnest Island).
Please note you will be charged in AUD Currency.
What delivery/collection options do I have?
Australian address $15 flat rate. International address $40 flat rate.
Please note, all merchandise purchased through our registration system, Active.com, will be inside your race pack, which is collected at a Safety Briefing.

Can I change my delivery/collection method?
To change your delivery or collection method, please contact our merchandise team, KC Australia, on (08) 9244 1221 or email merchandise@rottnestchannelswim.com.au.
What address can I get my items posted to?
We require a fixed address to post items to (such as a business or house).
Can I have my items posted to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, our delivery partner can’t post to PO Boxes.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-Order Items will be available for delivery/collection from Sunday the 4th of February 2024, the date of the Metro Safety Briefing.
All orders which include Pre-Order Items will be held in full until all items are available.
How do I know what size to order?
You can view the Sizing Guide for each item on the page under the description.

Can I exchange my items?
Please contact KC Australia, via the contact methods below, to request an exchange.
Please note exchanges may only be granted for the same product (size swap) and in the same condition or packaging it was received in.
