Solo Swimmer looking for a boat and skipper!

I am in search of a boat and skipper for the upcoming Rottnest channel swim for my first solo crossing.
I am hoping to make it across is around 6 hours and have an experienced paddler and support crew.
I would be more than willing to pay for all expenses and your time on the day (+ a drink at the pub obviously)
