boat for hire/ use for 2015 rotto solo swimmer

Hi my name is stacey and i have everything needed for the rotto swim besides a boat.
im desperate to do the swim solo, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Happy to pay all costs, carton of beer...
Any suggestions where to try and find a boat are welcomed, have tried boab hire and friends with boats all unsuccessful..
