Looking for SKIPPER and/or BOAT for Family Team 2024

Hi Guys
I am local WA, but my brother and his two daughters live in Melbourne. We have signed up as a team of 4 for the 2024 swim and we are looking for a "skipper and a boat" ideally. We may be able to get a skipper, so "boat only" is also an option.
Obviously cover all costs etc. and will make the day worthwhile.
