Like many people on here, I'm hoping to secure the friendly help of a skipper on a boat. I will pay costs and provide beer or rum to help pass the time and you'll always have a place to stay if you come to Sydney.
It's my first attempt of something this big so while my 10km time was a bit over 3 hours, I think tide and current might bump it out to 8 hours. Anything under that's a bonus.
I'm a plugger rather than a super fish.
