Post by Kimmytroll »

Hi everyone
This will be my first time completing a solo crossing and I am looking for recommendations for a coach / mentor to assist guiding a novice. Can pay small amount.

Where are you located?

Nice idea! Good swim technique will allow you to maximize your propulsion and, far more important, a great instructor will be able to see your flaws and then give you the guidance to improve your swim efficiency.

Do you have any requests for the coach? I'm not a professional coach but I can help you.
