I'll give this one last desperate attempt
I’m still looking for a boat and skipper for the my first solo Rotto swim this year. I have had two skippers and their boat commit to helping only to pull out a week later. I can't believe how hard this has been finding a skipper and boat. Having only moved to WA a couple years ago, my network of friends is limited. I've completed two 10km swims (swim times of 2:50 and 2:43) so would expect a good wave start time and depending on the weather a Rotto swim in around 6 hours. It goes without saying that I’ll definitely cover fuel and all other expenses for the day, plus compensating for time helping me out.
