Willing to share boat/skipper with First time solo swimmer

I am struggling to find a boat and skipper for my solo swim.
This is my first time and would love to share this solo swim experience with someone as well as obviously the costs
Is anyone who has a boat/skipper willing to share? also then splitting the costs?

This is my first time doing the event and in need of a boat to guide me through the swim
I also don't have a paddler so if you are one and interested in doing the event please let me know
