Rottnest Channel Swim Association AGM

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Pursuant to Clause 16 of the Constitution of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc will be held on Tuesday 12 May 2009 at The Champions Club, Challenge Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, Mt Claremont at 7.30pm.

Subject to sub-rule 16 (9) of the Constitution of the Rottnest Channel Swim Association Inc, should members wish a resolution to be proposed or any other motions moved at the Annual General Meeting, they must be received by the Executive Officer in writing not less than 14 days prior to the meeting.
